THE TEN LAYERS OF 1/32" BALSA RECTANGLES FOR EACH OF THE THREE BLADES WERE ALL PAINTED WITH ACRYLIC "CINNAMON" COLOR TO REPRESENT THE WOOD GRAIN, AND WERE ALL ALLOWED TO DRY BEFORE WHITE GLUING THE STACKS TOGETHER, ONE STACK FOR EACH BLADE, AND CLAMPING THE THREE STACKS SEPARATELY, AND WAITED A FEW DAYS FOR IT ALL TO DRY - THE WHITE GLUE DISAPPEARS. THEN I CARVED OUT THE BLADES, SANDED THEM, AND STAINED THEM "GOLDEN OAK" COLOUR. AND CLEAR COATED WITH KRYLON CLEAR GLOSS.
