The Guillows version. Recent experiences with trying to read the instruction manual for the Canon and painting on canvas have made me aware that I need to get my eyes checked before I can do any more work on canvas. I suspect cataracts and I have an appointment scheduled for February 8. In the meantime I'll work on this as it doesn't require that I wear glasses all the time.

Summer 1967 atop Phou Pha Thi mountain, northeast Laos, 13 miles from North Vietnam. CMSGT Born, L, and LtCol Farnsworth, R, inspect the construction of LS 85. (Google LS 85 for full story) Col Farnsworth noted that the cliff behind them was a sheer drop off but climable. Someone should have listened. Just to the right of the Colonel's wristwatch is a Pilatus Porter landing at the dirt strip below the site.
