Maybe 12 hours of infilling. I think I'll sheet the wings. DD, yes it's the Comet plan enlarged to 1/24. Also have the Cleveland plans for reference. One problem with enlarging is the lines also get enlarged. Takes a little adjusting, but interesting. Ray, these were stationed at the NAS Minneapolis in the 50's. No Brubaker. |

1/24th scale, 19" wingspan. Been sitting like this for a week -rain stopped. Thinking that I should have used DD's method of having 2 full center pieces to glue together. This is a bit flimsy. Will have to be careful to avoid warping the fuselage. |
