RodN, I suggest you check all the parts of the clear piece to insure they are as free from blemish as possible. I CALLED Guillows as soon as I opened the kit cause the front clear piece was a mess. They promptly sent a replacement but the canopy portion of it has a big crease in it and the front piece, while much better, still has a flaw which looks like a hair was in the molding process. The lady told me the clear plastic comes off a big roll. I would also suggest you check all the white plastic pieces, as well. Some of the formers in my kit were "die crushed" due to soft wood but that's not important to me since it's all solid now, anyway. harve 28-Dec-07 19:09 That is so disheartening to hear.
