The plans lacked a pattern so I used cardstock to cut out a pattern. I glued 1/16 balsa to the former to provide a place to glue. Transferred the pattern to 1/32 balsa, soaked and formed a curve around a bottle. Then cut, trimmed and sanded until I obtained an acceptable fit.
