Image Comments David Duckett 09-Mar-12 03:30 The plastic piece sits flush with the balsa piece. Glue the two together using small amounts of Testors plastic cement or CA. SMALL!! Excess amounts will melt the plastic. Make the other half the same way. When the glue dries the two halves can then be glued together. The seams are sanded and white putty is applied and sanded smooth, as in the Rapide build. I also use this for cowls if needed. Cutting the balsa piece to fit inside is a bit of a pain but it doesn't have to be perfect.
