david, when you put your hinges on the elevator, how did you center them or did you have to offset them cause of the middle 1/16" sheet? |

I don't remember.....but I suspect it was all 3/32" stock. The center of the elevators was 1/16" with ribs of 3/32". |

Dad, yes, I think it was scrapped in '63. :(

Sky! I just dug out mt ATC flying log-book, the Anson was RAF #244 and the date Oct 20th 1957 - doubt that she is still around, but I will look through those pics that David linked to us. |

Hi Skye'D - I was a spotty 14 year old in the ATC (A cadet force for the RAF. Also had a magic flight in a Gloster Meteor mark 7 - stunning for an air-minded lad! |
