John, did I miss what scale the Baboon is? |

Tomorrow I will have Gumby trim the exhaust pipes, fabricate and install intake valves and manifolds. |

I thought that your normal Modus Operandi. |

rayl, FYI The air screw is a prop from my junk box. It is far from the scale of the Baboon. A Jenny alternate air screw that did not make the cut. It's purpose here is to add some finality to the engine. When I start a build I usually address the engine first and the air screw carving and install last. |

Gumby fabricated the front set of spark plugs, the rear destined for tomorrow. |

Is it just me, or does the prop look undersized? |

John, the master of radial engine replication! Looks great so far. It's good to see you building again. I have missed your work. |

In real life 175 HP 290 lbs of "brute strength" The ABC Wasp radial engine circa 1917. |

JohnO - it's already starting to look vintage and antique. |

rayl. Thanks. Gumby is so happy with this that he cannot wait to start adding the bells and whistles. |
