Nice pic, Flyboyz, is this after the broken wing incident. If so, looks like you were able to repair the wing and the Spit flys OK, now.

It's perfectly ordinary FIGHTER PILOT banter, Squiffy. Bally Jerry...pranged his kite right in the how's yer father...hairy blighter, dicky-birdied, feathered back on his Sammy, took a waspy, flipped over on his Betty Harper's and caught his can in the Bertie. Simple... *G*

Thank you hjlittman.Found out today it stalled and when sporwing to the left I put a litte more nose weight and going to add a trim tabb to the left wing. Its faster than my p40 warhawk!Don,t know if its going to out fly the p40.I got alot of flight time on it and trimed out.Over 50 flights on it.Its a blast to fly scale for less than $15.00 dollars! Can,t weight to get the spitz perrty up!

Warning! 500 series Spit has a tendency to tip stall and spin just as you transition from powered flight to glide. CANNOT be the least bit tailheavy.

Been test flying the little spitz its fast and steady! With the nose weight (clay) and slinder wings I was counting on it being fast. Now I will finish it up and give the little guy a paint scheme and decals.Very satisfy Thanks to guillows.
FLYBOYZ, Image # 1208625 Apr 09 08:02

The spitz is a tiny little fellow!Got the nose like I wanted it. Starting the cover work!
FLYBOYZ, Image # 1201920 Apr 09 21:02

To days flight 210 ft.THE STRATO STREAK by guillows. It has a 17inch wing span with a 6inch prop very beautiful flyer and fairly consitant!Doing some nose work on my spitz. The MK 7 spitz had more of a flat top nose with bevel egdges.want to incorpiate this if posibal
FLYBOYZ, Image # 1192817 Apr 09 09:38

Came to a conclusion that maybe the prop is not what it needs to be for these planes!Plus they very thick.

Ready to cover after much sanding and deguting! The tail surfaces is made form 3/32 grade A balsa. This gives you plenty to sand and fit up.found it to be much lieter than kit build up.
