Great series - much appreciated as I refer to your shots when I have a problem - thanks again

Just in case anybody else wants to know - the sheeting is also used to make hinges for the ailerons which are hinged to the trailing edge of the wing

Thanks - haven't made an aircraft in a long while so just learning the ropes with CA and the likes. Built my first in the Air Training Corps - Darwin 1964 - boy are thing different now :-)

It is for the passenger and cockpit windows and to cover the landing lights. Rest easy. Ask away.

Questions are acceptable:-)

I had looked but I guess not well enough - learned my lesson -no more questions.

"Not supposed to ask here"...Why? You'll find its purpose listed in the kit contents.
Mick, Comment for image # 1641620 Sep 12 23:42
Probably not supposed to ask here but my kit has a .010" x 3" x 4" Acetate sheet included - I suppose it could be for windows if you wanted but does anyone know it's actual purpose ? Sorry

Thanks for bringing this back up on VA. I had never before checked out the numerous builds of the DC-3, other than DD's.

It is 1/32 scale.
FLYBOYZ, Comment for image # 1687826 Mar 12 17:43
Is this 1/32 scale? The real one is big!Much bigger than the b25 mitchal but not as big as a B17 fortress
