| pfinn | Guillows Series 500 - BF 109 | Reference | 20-Sep-10 22:13 | | | Views : 1260 | | Just doing some cleaning out and getting the building area ready for Jimmy and I and found the Guillows catalogs from this me-109 and Jfinn's Fw-190 we built at the same time. The catalogs are dated 1974. That's when I originally purchased these two kits. If you look closely, there's a few not offered anymore. Too bad! |

| CPN | Guillows Series 500 - BF 109 | Parked | 15-Aug-10 07:33 | | | Views : 2598 | | Here's a nice side view. This plane is going to be a Kanonvogel - a ground attack variant. I think this is actual a BF-109G6. The box art, which is great - I'll post a pic later has the aircraft carrying a bomb. Any Luftwaffe experts out there who can tell me if these aircraft were bombers? |
| CPN | Guillows Series 500 - BF 109 | Parked | 15-Aug-10 07:30 | | | Views : 2328 | | This kit is a Sterling BF-109G that I bought on Ebay. Interesting construction. Initially I thought it was like a Guillows kit, but it's not quite the same as building a 500 series. I'm enjoying it though. |
