| Top wing done. The plans that I am working off of did not have ailerons, so had to extrapolate/interpolate/WAG them; think that I'm pretty close. The wing center section/dihederal brace took most of the day (when I wasn't shoveling snow). |

| Nearly 200 individual parts here, Took a day and a half to git R done. The little pile in front are the puchings from the alignment tool. I think the next model will be Laser-cut. |

| There are about 15 rib blanks clamped in the patterns. The red edge, applied with a sharpy, is a warning stripe to let me know if I have gone to far. I roughed the shape out with my drum sander then used a fairing board to refine the ribs. The notches were roughed out with a razor saw then refined with a small bastard file. |

| With about 80 full size ribs to cut out of 1/16" sheet, Imade a jig out of 1/8" lite-ply to insure consistent results. There are two 6-32 stove-bolts to clamp the rib blanks between the patterns. The thingy to the left is a piece of 1/8" O.D. brass tube with the inside sharpened with a countersink which should make some nice holes in the rib blanks using the pattern jig in front. |
