| Panel lines "add interest", not my words, and intimidate modelers. For me, the best way to start is to establish the axis. Using a pattern from the plans, big piece, draw on the front to back line. Then replace that pattern with the thin one and draw on the line all the way from front to back. |

| Like most canopies in balsa kits, the frame outlines are exaggerated and most modelers who mask them make them much too wide following those outlines. The Guillows Zero is a splendid example. So, I used painted masking tape closer to the actual width. The ends of the tape and all junctions are painted which basically seals them in place. I will have to mask the half moon shapes in front of each seat. |
