The kit is for a F-16A. I'm going for a "C", The horizontal stabs are a bit larger, so added at leading edge.

The repair lasted a few days.Then the warp reappeared. So rebuild according to plans and infill. Live and learn - slowly :)

The fix: Cut a "V" notch in the convex side of the horizontal stabs, shallow cut and cracked the other side, flexed to get glue in the crack, pinned down flat, filled grove with spackle. 2 days, 3 coats of dope and stukk fkat

Wings covered with silkspan and 3 coats of dope. Tail feathers all warped after about 4 days.

Tain feathers. 2 1/16 sheets laminated with grain running 90 degrees opposite. So far they haven't warped.

Top sheeting. Elmer's glue. Sheeting pinned down over wing.

Sheeting bottom of wing. Wing pinned to 1/16balsa, Elmer's wood glue, leading edge shimmed up.
