I reengineered the aileron linkage, Made some modifications to the fuselage and reinstalled. The linkage works similar to the original. The control rods attach the ailerons to a toggle crank below the floor in the cockpit. Now if I lift one aileron the opposite side goes down. For those of you accustomed to the install of control surface mechanics this may seem trivial but for me this is a major accomplishment. Who knows maybe someday I will build a plane to fly and crash! |

I have used enough expletives for one day. The port side is rigged and the port aileron control rods are connected. “Stretch Magic” black necklace chord works marvelously. |
