Starting with the wing, i cut out all the ribs and sanded them as a group. Then i made a notching tool an cut all spar notches at one time.

The nose plug assembly was made with 1/16 brich plywood and 1/8 by 1 inch wide balsa.

The weight after covering was 64 grams. The completed and balanced model with out prop and rubber is 96 grams.
