1/16" wood was tapered in the back and the front glued to the styrene, a bit of filler, and sanded smooth. |

This is three pieces of 3/32". The center piece is framed with pieces on both sides for the front and bottom. 1/16" x 3/32" strips are glued on to simulate the structure. It will be sanded to an airfoil and covered with silkspan. |
