The elevator push rod is installed, but the surfaces aren't glued to the fuselage yet. I'm still not sure how to do the pull-pull controls for the rudder...

Floppy disk hinges on the surfaces. I cut out small squares cut from a 3.5'' floppy disk, sanded them a little to give the CA something to hold onto, and made slots in the surfaces. The floppy disk material is very strong, and quite flexible.

The front section is coming together! The prop is an APC 10x4.7. The motor is a Towerpro 2409-18SS, with an 18A brushless ESC.

Here is the motor mount. The motor bolts onto the mount with 3 small bolts/nuts. The side members are not supporting the motor at all, they are just for the top cowl to rest on.
