It gives me time to look for and maybe add more details than I would have otherwise taken. Both mounting ring and cabin air intakes are featured in the picture of this aircraft I posted as my 'target' to build to. |

| heywooood | 05-May-20 12:14 | | Best way is to wrap something cylindrical of the same or slightly larger diameter. I had a roll of blue tape that was nearly spent that was perfect - so I made a wrap and a halt 1-1/2 times around the circumference of the roll - and pulled it tight. Then somewhere along the overlap you just cut through the wire and it leaves a perfect ring. |
