| Ocean Beach pier today at around 1:pm - this is about a 2 minute bike ride from my house...something to do while glue or filler or sealer or paint dries |

| No skateboards or bikes on the pier - but it is a nice walk and the little cafe serves fish n chips that are quite good |

| they used to call the west end of Ocean Beach the 'war zone' but since those days there has been some gentrification...lol |

| Is this San Diego? My wife and I ate at a cafe on a pier just like this. Had the best hamburger I've ever eaten. |

| yes - Ocean Beach in San Diego Ca...depending on how long ago it was you were probably here. I don't believe the other piers in SD have cafes on them - but then I don't get out much |
