Look what I bought on eBay the other day.

The kit is complete and unstarted, and apart from the partially damaged box top everything bar a couple of slightly creased bits of paper is in absolutely mint condition! It cost me £14.50 including delivery, about $29.50 - bargain or what!?

I am dumbfounded that you found it at that price. Enjoy! From what I understand it is one of the best kits that Guillow's ever produced.

I wonder why they stopped producing it...

Who knows, James... Here's the original eBay listing I bought it on http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290188255533

Lucky man. I've been trying to obtain this kit for my hangar for quite a while. If the seller would have shipped to other than the UK, it would have cost you or me much more. Congrats. It's a beautiful plane.

Great Deal. What is the wingspan on this Baby??

25 3/4 inches. It looks like a lovely kit, does anyone know when Guillow's stopped producing it?!

This is a grand model. I know DD has a beauty. Many years ago I built a Top Flite R/C model that was a dream to fly and w/the tricycle gear takeoffs and landings were a breeze.
