| David Duckett | 24-Jun-19 13:41 | | Heavier sandpaper...I don't use gesso often on models because of the brush stroke thing. It's probably best to thin it a bit for use on balsa. I did use it on the external tanks for the F-100 but I also added two applications of filler afterwards. This method does produce a smooth finish but it is also fairly soft and prone to dents |
