| the cardstock was sprayed with primer on both sides to keep it from warping and it also kept the tape from pulling up the surface of the card stock. |

| Looks good. No wrinkles this way. I've done it with birch plywood and with 1/32 balsa. I'm interested in seeing how this turns out. It might be easier. |

| The only downside is that the card stock might not be ridged enough for some applications. |

| if you use 'Deluxe Sand n Seal' and paint the cardstock with two coats and let it dry thoroughly it becomes very rigid and will take spray paint without soaking it in. |
