| David Duckett | 09-Jul-09 11:30 | | Thanks. By the way, I saw on the Guillow site that you're in Asheville, NC. I was born and grew up in Canton but left after High School in 1959 to join the Air Force. I haven't been back since 1989 although I do have a Niece and a couple of Nephews who still live there, and a Niece who lives in Asheville. |
| scirocco14 | 09-Jul-09 12:23 | | Hi David,
We love living in Asheville, we're about 1/2 way between the airport and Brevard. I'm a big fly fisherman as well so it's a perfect location with all the great trout streams in my backyard.

| marlinus64 | 01-Sep-10 01:54 | | By the way, I am getting ready to build a small trainer type control line airplane. It will have a solid balsa wing and body. My question is what do I use as a sanding filler? I plan on sanding/shaping, filling, sealing, sanding again then paint. So, what do you suggest for this process? I plan on using spray for the primer and base coat, then acrylics for the details. I appreciate your help as well as anyone else who would like to cointribute. |
