| moostang51 | 27-Jan-11 04:02 | | Thanks. Rivets are made with a push pin on the back side of .10 styrene using an aluminum ruler as a guide. Once painted and clear coated (future acrylic polish) a watery slush mix of umber, black and some dawn dish-washing detergent will be applied and then wiped off when dry for weathering. Chicken foot dials, knobs, and switches etc. will be touched up by color if necessary. |
