| Dfell | 12-Aug-14 07:08 | | Albatros fuselage now covered with a thin veneer wood. First the balsa wood body had lines drawn for the panel shapes - then each panel was copied onto tracing paper and then stuck onto the veneer to be cut out. The panels were stuck down with a diluted wood glue and held in place with rubber bands. Next to do is stain the wood a colour and the panel lines. |
