| Have you considered covering the model in card stock?
It would make it alot easier to achieve a nice smooth
surface for the paint. |

| Card stock/board is the stuff that Birthday cards etc. are made of. You can get it in art stores in many different colors. Maybe you have a Michaels art and craft supply near you. You can also get it at Staples office supply. |
