How much does it weigh? I'm using a 7" prop on the Sig Monocoupe. Mine weighs about 65g AUW. Motor is 1 loop of 1/4" FIA tan about 15" long, 400 turns will fly it in one "circle" back to me taking about 15-20 seconds.

once you get some FIA rubber, you can get a lot more turns. According to the formula I have, I can safely put about 900 turns into the 15" loop of 1/4" FIA tan motor. Put the 7" prop on it, see what it'll do!

My Guillows Piper Cub and Cessna 150 are about the same size as yours and I was able to get a good min. flight. I used 3/16 rubber and a six inch Peck Prop and both flew real slow and had a steady climb. Get rid of the Guillows prop and rudder and you will be happy.
