| poppy | 17-Apr-11 10:53 | | I don't like carving props. I used a Master Airscrew plastic 6" prop and rounded the tips. A base coat of yellow ochre was applied, and using a fine tipped brush and toffee brown I painted the lamination's. Brass paint for the leading edge plates, a chrome washer and aluminum tubing for the boss and swash plate, and fine tipped pen for the bolts and rivets. Cad red completed the tips. |
