Mark - This is how they are on the Today's Hobbies kit. It's just an extension on the top. There are a couple more pics on mu build and a pretty good shot of a real on from the topside. Check DD's too.

The point of this was to see if anybody wanted any plans, so let me know if you're interested.

I was looking through some paperwork at the Aviation Heritage Center of Wisconsin and found that one man has donated over 200 models to the Center !!! how about that ?

Mark, there's another 10 patrolling upstairs. Ray, let? I don't even ask! Thanks guys. The 4 under the arch are from the 50's. Took around a 40 year break.

RGood - Here are some of them on display. If anyone is interested, I have 2 copies of the plans, one set of decals and a complement of ordinance. The parts identification sheet (the die cut sheets were not labeled) will give patternsof all the parts. The sheet needs to be enlarged about 225% by my calculations. You'd need to make yur own tail cone and canopy. It's a challanging build. |

For sheer brute power, nothing compares to this. I saw one at a show here which did a high speed low pass over the runway with the wings back. It then went into a very hard left climbing turn with the wings extended and afterburners lit. What a sight, and sound!!

Sunglasses DD? It must be a lot nicer down there than up here. We're wearing long johns. Decided to leave the ordinance off. Thanks again.
