| Thanks and you got the look just right. They marked a few different ways and there was a fair amount of nose art, so there are lots of choices. |

| White 42 is Pistol Packin' Mama. Some of them only had the number on the vertical stab. Don't know what happened to he book I used, but it covered all the early fighter squadrons in the Pacific. It was to be an escort for the B-17 which was in Port Moresby. Just got a little carried away with the nose art and 42 is when I was born. |

| Very nice just as it is. White 41 could have been in New Guinea in 1942-3 right alongside my White 42. I don't have the book anymore or I would send you pictures. |
