| That sounds very good advice David - What a lovely model you made there - I will endeavor to get as near as possible to your super work (don't hold your breath!) Was that silk-span covering? |

| For Charlie. The only other tool I use for this is a "notcher", a piece of plywood with a strip of sandpaper glued to it. I normally use 3/32" stringers so the notcher is made from 3/32" thick plywood and the sandpaper is the same width. I glue the sandpaper to the wood with Testors wood cement. I use a ruler, or other straight edge, and a pencil to mark the location. |
