The section below the windows was covered with silkspan and given a couple of coats of clear dope. I used Pactra masking tape for all but the very front of the canopy and the entire process was spread over 4 days. Here light green is applied first and will be followed by three coats of gray and then two coats of thye gray with iridescent silver added.

The cast resin prop blades were sprayed with Model Masters gloss black enamel and still need to be cut to length. The painting of the canopy is nearly finished. The paper Night Prowler will be replaced with a decal of it. 85* yesterday!
