Griffon powered Precious Metal, I’ll try my hand at sheeting and then cover with HVAC aluminum tape. I’ve also found a 3d gear set to print out a functional contrarotating propeller – going see if 3d printed mechanics will work. I’ll also post some 1/48 plastics, all covered in aluminum. My next model is probably going to be the Bugatti P100 I designed this winter (http://www.virtualaerodrome.com/image_browser.html?p_aircraft_id=725&p_user_id=1412) I've modeled a contra-rotating prop setup that fits in the transmission of the model. I haven't tried printing it yet, but I don't think there will be a problem as long as I give enough room for resin shrinkage. I've got pictures of the design in my hanger.
