Creosotewind, I use a 14"x36"x1/2" pine board. I also have a 48" board for longer wings. A small hammer is used to tap T-pins in place. I have used Gaterfoam with the artwork mounted directly too the board. That was good for one time, but not too practical. I seem to remember DD saying he used ceiling tile. Is that correct?
