This brings back memories. I built one of these in 1957. It was nothing compared to what yours will be. I think I painted it all white cause that was the only paint I had. |

Must have missed this kit pick up. It appears to be the "A26A" version with cannon nose rather than glass. Been so busy, just going to sit back and watch again. Hope to start building again soon though. What a great sight James developed here at VA. |

This is the way it came and the kit is pristine. There is a sheet of acetate to make the canopies with but I think not. The two sheets are paper patterns. The other white sheet is the tissue. Anyone need two red props? They are 5-1/2". |

Was it like that when new or were they lost over the years? Looks like the canopy would be cut from a flat sheet. |
