I was a draughtsman for the early years of my working life. and I still enjoy putting pencil to tracing paper. Never took to CAD! heywooood My favorite class in HS was draughting and technical illustration. I liked the isometric and exploded view diagrams. Amazing to realize that every single individual part and component of the Apollo program was first rendered on paper by hand - along with every other product made before the current CAD age. Or do you already do so? heywooood Im afraid my eyesight isnt what it ought to be anymore and I struggle with these model builds as it is. I would love to revisit that area of interest and Ive looked at tilt tables and sliding squares often and thought about it just to mess around with.
