Really made some progress. Clear coat applied, window masks off. Question: how do you clean residual paint off the clear polycarbonate without marring it???

My very scientific method of removing the warp. Seems to be working. I'll let it sit overnight.

Both bottoms on. The left one decided to warp, so it's been wet and is now drying. Hopefully straight. This is the top piece. For the most part I used Elmer's white glue on he bottom. It allows more work time an dhopefully will be easier to sand I did the leading edge here with CA. App.lied it to the 1/32 and then was able to hold/push the leading edge down on a level surface while it set. wing
