| Don C | 17-Sep-18 12:45 | | And the bottom. It really does "put some light on the subject" I filled a few more spots and sanded again twice. I think it's ready now. |
| David Duckett | 17-Sep-18 13:04 | | That looks really good! |
| heywooood | 17-Sep-18 14:27 | | YES!! very nice! These kits are so well engineered to get the shape right, if the builder does everything right as well.
You done right, Don - to my eye anyway! |
| BriandKilby | 17-Sep-18 19:49 | | highway to the danger zone! |
| rayl | 17-Sep-18 21:16 | | Whow! And to think that you are nearly 40% done:-) |
| heywooood | 17-Sep-18 23:13 | | btw, how was it fairing the forward leading edge to the intakes? Looks like you got it done - just wondering if you found it as interesting as I did. There isn't a whole lot of room for a decent sanding stroke, is there..and you have a confluence of the wing glove leading edge, the fuselage 'pan' and the engine nacelle intake all merging. Not just another walk in the park |
| Don C | 18-Sep-18 10:51 | | Thanks all. Brian, I'm way down that highway and if the light at the end of the tunnel isn't a train, this just might turn out. Heywooood - :). |
