| biplane guy | 03-Jun-16 19:32 | | Oh John, that's WHEELY bad! But I love it. |
| Huey V77 | 03-Jun-16 23:24 | | Time out, you have a STC for those? |
| biplane guy | 05-Jun-16 20:26 | | What's an STC? |
| Huey V77 | 07-Jun-16 07:18 | | FAA approval to use something other the OEM parts. They were bladder brakes originally. You must have the Cleveland conversion there? |
| biplane guy | 07-Jun-16 09:59 | | I'm afraid I wouldn't know a Cleveland conversion from a Cincinnati conversion. I just modeled this from a picture I just posted. But thanks, Huey, for that info, you VA members are a fount of knowledge and I am blessed to have you as a resource. |
| Creosotewind | 07-Jun-16 14:41 | | Very nice.

| Huey V77 | 07-Jun-16 15:55 | | The original brakes were a bladder that pushed the shoes against the brake drum. Cleveland ( mfg ) conversion makes them into disc brakes. Much more efficient. |
