Complete kit. Plans and tissue are new, so someone was thinking of building this at one point recently. I know it came from an estate sale, so you can image this was one of many that someone had plans to build. All wood is in pretty good shape. I’ve never built a kit of this vintage, but have wanted to for a long time. Plus, I just recently learned about the Westland Whirlwind and knew I wanted to build one, so this kit fits two desires.
