Perhaps we should start a VA graphics file where we all could store and share decals? |

Great job John very well done. Have you thought of doing the "Southern Cross" looks like a small trimotor? |

I will be gone then and I won't have much to say about it! |

Oooo kkk. Personally I wouldn't let a kid touch something that looks this good. |

So when my grand kids play with this someday they will not break. |

May I ask why you leave the edges of the tail feathers square? |

Beautiful work john. This has always been one of my favorite planes. |

Almost complete, "Rotunda" left the shop and meets the "Spirit". I guess planes are like canines, the Spirit" smells Rotunda's feathers! |

Moose...I am feeling your pain. Rotunda still needs a chevron on the yellow upper wing. |

Picture painting twelve stripes all on an angle to a vertical panel line. That's what the Lib had. Hardest part to mask on the whole plane. Dividers and lots of tape did it though. Found that the narrower you cut the tape, the more flexibility you have in positioning thus eliminating wrinkles; ergo minimal seepage. Also, after masking, paint inside with the color your masking off. This will be the color that seeps and then the striping color won't. |

I never thought that painting a stripe around a changing surface would take so much effort....hope it works. |
