I'm beginning to like thse foamie thingys. One week ago it was a pile of Dollar Tree Foam board. Wanted to give it a fligh today, but we have 30-50 MPH gusts here. Wanted to do floats but didn't have enough music wire for all the struts. |

I've seen photos of this one and I'm sure it's impressive in person, all shiny and what, but it's not how I see this plane. You can find lots of liveries for a MIG-17 on the web and many of them look as if LSD found its way into the paint shop.:-) |

The point of camp is to get rid of the kids for a few weeks. |

I thought the point of camp was to blend in with the surroundings.

David: Mif 17 at "Wings over Waukegan" last year. Looks like one of your smart phone app pictures! |

I tried mine years back. It's labor intensive. Being somewhat lazy, I too prefer my Husqvarna. Really glad not to heat with wood anymore. |

My wife painted a sign on one and is in our cabin, the other as a decoration on an outside wall on the porch . Years back I did try them. Currently prefer my Husqvarna and Stihl! |

Hanging on the wall is the only place for those @&%$* saws. My favorite Uncle was a sawyer and his hired man (my Brother) nearly lost a leg to one of those D#@* things. |

I do! Finishing up engine details- not doing much detail -and waiting for my cousin to send me pics so I can put the proper numbers on. Then it's done. Thanks for the info on the tools. Glad they have found a good home. |

Don C: CLeaned up and functional. I don't have one of those man-killer 2-man saws to test the big one out on. Thanks for the stuff. How's the C-46 coming along? |
