Looks good. Have you flown it yet? |

This looks like it'd be a great flyer, looking forwards to hearing how it went. |

This is very sleek and well made too - love these "old" design's - takes me back to the 50's (have I said that before? It's me age!) |

I used 60 inches of 1/8 inch rubber. It was moving fast in a wide right hand turn. 600 turns was around 15 seconds. The P-40 was a little slower with 3/32 rubber. It went left then right. |

It could use some decoration. I just used up some of my left over Guillows white tissue. |

That's a good question. I never flew in a contest. I lost a Peck and Polymers One Night 28. Got to around a thousand turns, probably around a minute or more. People in contests fly for three minutes or more. |

what's the longest flight you,ve had with a free flight model? |
bsadonkill, Comment for image # 43242 | 09 Jun 21 10:15 |
It flies great, mine came out nose heavy and I left it that way. Climb out into the wind is good no stalls winds were light 5 MPH. The glide back down is fast, I had too much right hand trim tab. When the fuel gets down to the bottom of the eye dropper you have about 10 seconds of fuel. That's the most I let it fly so far. |
