| This is the chopper that flew me to the hospital last Saturday morning with a bleeding ulcer which had left me in really serious shape from loss of blood. I was there 3 days, got 4 units of blood, and tubes put in places "where no man has gone before" but also superb care and wonderful nurses and I got to come home Monday afternoon. I'm doing well now and, as you can see, building again but my days of Coronas are over.
I took this a couple of days before it came for me. My neighbor was out walking and got stung by a bee and his reaction was so severe that he fell and broke his jaw in a couple of places. The chopper actually landed in the road for him, touchy out here in the desert. I was taken by ambulance about 10 miles down the road to the closest real landing area and the chopper was called for while we were en route. It was waiting when we got there.

| Well, I did mask the canopy and the black ;-). I followed the pattern shown on the box, more or less, but the colors are mine, two shades of burnt umber and white. The light color on the wing fairing is the silverish color used on the B-17. And of course, mars black. |

| I agree, very good! Can't wait to see what it looks like painted! Also, I am scratch-building a Comet 54" Taylorcraft from repro. plans by Tom Martin R/C, but can't seem to e-mail James to add it to the list. Anyway, I thought you might know how to. Thanks for any help, SuperCub. |
