The formers are all square on top and I shimmed each one to match (as best I could) the curve lengthwise. It's still a liittle beyond my abilities right now, and although it came out straight the formers got skewed in plan view (from above). I "discovered" a method of gluing parts outlines on balsa that keeps the paper from sticking. I put clear packing tape on the back of the sheet of paper before cutting the parts out. Then use Elmer's white glue to attach the cutout outline to the balsa. I decided to go the "split former" route for simplicity. If it doesn't work out, all I have to do is start cutting parts and do it all over again a different way!!
