After repairs, I waited until the wind calmed down and did some test flights. The gliide tests were perfect so I put about 150 winds in it (1/4" FIA tan, 1 loop) and got a nice little flight. Then I put 300 winds in it, crossed my fingers and let 'er go. She climbed and banked to the left and gave me a nice lazy left hand circle for about 10 seconds. Beautiful attitude in the air, so stable and peaceful. Woo hoo! I've also replaced the red clown wheels supplied in the kit with some "half" (more like a quarter actually) wheels made out of balsa.
