Ted, frwyflyer, saw my remark that the front would require some fancy carving so he asked if he could help and I said I would take all the help I could get so these arrived today.:-) and I'm thrilled!! The back is covered with 1/64" plywood. |

The fin/rudder are glued together for shaping and sanding. The center piece was colored red to prevent sanding away the shape. |
