I think all is working again now. Please leave a comment on a photo somewhere if something you need is not working still.

Daytime will smooth it all out.

Carving the spinner is always fun.

Thanks. The 1/24 scale coupled with the elongated wings and nose add to the illusion. It's actually a large plane, bigger than a Typhoon or a Corsair.

Those little tubs seem to be a aavorite display stand during construction.

David, did you use Spackle for the fillets?
BriandKilby, Comment for image # 3483831 Oct 15 08:06

The one by the yellow and black diamonds is a gift from an 11 year old girl in Portland I'm encouraging to paint.:-)

By daylight the wing filet will be dry enough to sand smooth .It will need some touching up and then the entire thing will get another application of filler.
David Duckett, Image # 3483229 Oct 15 04:46

The wing and fuselage have one application of filler and have been sanded. The wing panels were glued together with dihedral set before gluing to the fuselage. The infill around the wing/fuselage mating will require more filler when the wing filet is finished.

I cringe every time at this F-14. Excellent work done so far!

Now for the sanding and filling....

This is what the plans call for, 1 3/4" dihedral for each wing. I checked a scale drawing and it should be 1 3/8" so it won't be this steep.
