We have bobcats in my neck of the woods. I think the Lynx and Bobcat are both beautiful animals. I have recently seen a lot of coyotes and foxes as well. That time of year I guess. Getting their last good hunts in before winter. |

I broke out the Micro-Fill for this, After the wing is glued in place, the fin will be attached and the filler used to blend it all smooth. I'm waiting to do this step so that I can make sure the fin is plumb. |

Tomorrow I'll cover the top of the wing and the section of the fuselage where they join. |

On Wednesdays and weekends, weather permitting ( which is most of the time ), a crop duster is used to take the gliders aloft and then cut'em loose. I think it costs about $85 to go for a ride. I tend to forget about them so it's always a bit of a rush when one glides nearly silently overhead. I'll go over to get some pics some time when they're flying. |

This is a Bobcat. I live right in the middle of the desert. Use google maps, or similar, and put in 13125 N. Red Hill Road, Marana, Arizona 85653. |

Is this a Lynx ("Luchs")? I understand that you live in/close to the desert, David? |

The fuselage needs some mods at the back to bring it a bit closer to real. |

Thanks. The plastic cowl fits the laser cut pieces nearly perfectly and the SW filler is about as easy as use as any I've seen and is , in my opinion, nearly as good as Micro-Fill which is unavailable anyway. This is a big model and an absolute delight to build. I think the FW 190 influence is clear. Maybe that's why I find the plane so attractive. |

Once again DD, you're flow to make the seamless cowl attachment is A-1. Only when you detail with the panel lines will it look like a separate building piece. Bravo. |
